From my perspective, the “hidden choir” mentioned in Laura Walker’s report today, is referring to the same concept as the “whispering wind” in the song “Stairway to Heaven”. Please read the following:

From my perspective the “hidden choir” that Laura refers to is the “Whispering Wind” from the song “Stairway to Heaven”. I have posted a portion of the lyrics from the song below:

I can tell you all that, for me, based on my experience, it is a FACT that there IS a “hidden choir” beyond what we can see or hear with “normal” senses. If a person is in “tune” with the “whispering wind”, it will guide a person toward the realization of their “dream”.
When a person sincerely reaches for Unity Consciousness, the TUNE will “come”, in its own time and its own way.
Oneness/God is NOT going to SHOUT in your ear or display Visions, we must learn to TUNE into the “Whispering Wind”. It is a “feeling” that calls forth action, and it takes “time” to “recognize”, learn to “trust”, and then to act, in “tune” with the “Whispering Wind”.
It is Time, isn’t it?

I have only been following Rosalind Pape’s Vibe Report for about two weeks and I have come to believe that, in a way, she is the “Voice” for the “Whispering Wind”. Over the last week she has moved to “a new frontier”: The things that Rosalind says about the meaning of various Tarot cards: Is NEW. What Rosalind Pape says in her Report is “expanding” the meaning and the guidance provided by Tarot Cards to include the transition from Duality to Unity Consciousness.
As best as I can “see” at this point, NO ONE ELSE has an understanding of the Evolutionary Journey of the Soul that can even begin to come close to what Rosalind KNOWS. She is charting the “course” to the New World challenging all of us to: Dream of things that never were and say: Why Not!

The two paragraphs above are directing us to become the CEO of our own minds. The challenge in life is “clear” false beliefs from the “rational” mind and then to clear and open the “heart” through the development of “empathy”, it is the expansion of our “empathy” that brings us into “contact” with the “Whispering Wind” and the troublesome “Energy” that we all experience.
Once a person’s CEO of the mind is able to maintain “neutrality” between the “heart” and the “rational/ego mind”, in my experience, the Whispering Wind will make itself known to you in some way through what ACIM calls a “Holy Instant”, that gives you a bolt from the blue. Over time, that lightning bolt of focus and awareness, expands to reveal the blueprint for creation and the map that marks the treasure in the mind.

The shape of 9’s symbol is a spiral, plotting the evolutionary path, enfolding from the centre the Monad (the geometric symbol for both 1 and zero).
The path of time is cyclic. We measure time through the seasons and the cycles that the Moon, Earth and Sun engage with, but we see that the Sun is literally and symbolically at the centre of life and evolution, growth and proliferation. It is the hub of the wheel of life in this physical dimension, and therefore holds a position of leadership and sovereignty in the human psyche.
In the traditional Tarot imagery, the 19th card shows the Sun shining down on a happy and joyous scene. A gleeful, naked child sits on top of a white horse, his/her arms outstretched, embracing the joy of life; of being. The child carries a large billowing flag, heralding a new beginning, a new understanding and awareness.
From behind a wall abundant sunflowers raise their heads in the Sun’s direction, transforming its life-giving rays into matter and providing food and sustenance for all creatures.
We are: “The Sunflowers and also followers of the Sun”, we flourish beyond the boundaries of the wall, which tells us that once we release the limiting beliefs about ourselves, we can raise up to the light and truth of solar wisdom, and be totally sustained.
The Sun is rising over a brand new day. A fresh start is symbolized by the number 1 and the child in the card, new and naked and without the fear and baggage of adulthood. We are totally rejuvenated and reborn in the Sun’s rays, and we ride the white horse into the future.
White is purity, cleansed and reborn in the 1. With 1 and 9 present in today's vibration we have the Alpha and Omega of the single digits working together, the beginning and the end! We also have a New Moon in Aquarius occurring today too, and the Chinese New Year of the Monkey starts with the New Moon! The number 1 is today's root-essence energy and with 1 we always have newness, initiation, direction , and with an Aquarian New Moon, an extra emphasis on individuality and uniqueness. The New Moon is the time when we set our intentions for the new cycle and this New Moon is as epic as the last one, we are still at the start of the new year, and really it may only be now in the 2nd month that you are finally finding your footing and know what changes and intentions you want to make. So we have the opportunity today to revisit and refine our big New Year plans: this is emphasized by the planetary positions and vibratory effect on the earth today, Saturn is trining Uranus so determining a clear plan of long-term goals is spotlighted. Be prepared to be truly enlightened about certain issues today. 19 is an unusual vibration because it passes through to its root essence in two stages: 1+9 = 10, 1+0 = 1, with the 10 as a gateway of initiation that both 1 and 9 have to pass through together to become 1. Again, this refers to the joining of polarities, the balance of the polarized mind. So, we can also look to the 10th card in the Tarot, the WHEEL of FORTUNE. The Wheel of Fortune is the wheel of Karma, the wheel of Samara, and it never stops turning, cause and effect, action and reaction. In the image we see the letters T, A, R, O, or Rota, or Tarot, in other words, the tarot as a tool to decode the cycles of life, so that we may go with the flow, rather than desperately trying to hang on as we spin through space. Limitless cycles of potential can be witnessed, and maintained, as long as one stays centred, at the HUB of the wheel, where motion ceases, or appears to. The physical forces exerted when one clings to the edge of the wheel, are much more impactful and dramatic, we are at the mercy of life’s ups and downs, hanging on for dear life. 10 says: shift your perspective, centre yourself, sharpen your focus and know who you are. You have a new life to create, and your reality is limited only by your imagination. This is for sure the flavour of today's New Moon! So, we've had the Moon, now time for a bit of Sun! The 19th card in the Tarot is the Sun. The key word and meaning of this card is Regeneration, which ties in with the power of 9 generating cycles of experience, which aim at every turn for perfection. The Sun is also symbolic of the Divine power of the Life force that runs through every living thing. The numbers 1 and 9 and the Sun are deeply connected to one another in ancient mysticism. The vibration of 9 according to the ancient Maya, generates the vibration of cyclic periodicity, or the grander cycles of solar/galactic/universal expansion (what we refer to as "time"). The shape of 9’s symbol is a spiral, plotting the evolutionary path, enfolding from the centre the Monad (the geometric symbol for both 1 and zero). The path of time is cyclic. We measure time through the seasons and the cycles that the Moon, Earth and Sun engage with, but we see that the Sun is literally and symbolically at the centre of life and evolution, growth and proliferation. The child carries a large billowing flag, heralding a new beginning, a new understanding and awareness. From behind a wall abundant sunflowers raise their heads in the Sun’s direction, transforming its life-giving rays into matter and providing food and sustenance for all creatures. The sunflowers are also followers of the Sun, and they flourish beyond the boundaries of the wall, telling us that once we release the limiting beliefs about ourselves we can raise up to the light and truth of solar wisdom, and be totally sustained. The Sun is rising over a brand new day. A fresh start is symbolised by the number 1 and the child in the card, new and naked and without the fear and baggage of adulthood. We are totally rejuvenated and reborn in the Sun’s rays, and we ride the white horse into the future. White is purity, cleansed and reborn in the 1. But with the 1 and 9 together, the awareness of all the previous energy frequencies that have gone before is with the child, the exalted one, the Christ child/consciousness of the Solar Logos. This consciousness breaks through the boundary of the wall, giving us a big aha moment, a shift; and we are never the same again. As usual with the 9, we have completion, and cycles culminating and flourishing. And with the 1, the promise of a brand new start with fresh hope and anticipation is just around the corner. But for now, when the Sun appears, it's time to just be still and soak up the warming and revitalising energy-giving rays of light that the Sun is shining on you now. Funnily enough, right after the New Moon alignments, the Moon than goes "void of course" for a little while, which means pause, contemplate and feel those new directions first before rushing to action. So today, by allowing yourself time to just be, and meditate in the Sun’s light, a new level of awareness can be achieved. Today we have the opportunity to come to a real breakthrough, the Sun sheds its full, clear light on a situation, and suddenly everything becomes clear, and falls into place and we are filled with joy and relief. ------------------------------------

For me, today feels as if the theme goes like this:
It is Time, for those who are able, to take on the task of first Parenting themselves into Unity Consciousness and then to Parent Others in turn. We are here to become what ACIM calls “teachers of god”. Teachers of god, Oneness and Unity Consciousness are Only temporally ahead of their students.
The Students become the New Teachers and so on, until the Whole World is Changed.
A “teacher of god” is a person who has reached Unity Consciousness. In ACIM terms, ONLY such a person can Truly “Heal” others by “showing/teaching” them the, “way home”. While this world’s “conventional healers” may find a “temporary” means of healing, they will not provide a real “Cure”.
From my perspective, We Are to Become the Cure that Ends the Insane World of Duality.
Dream On and Create a Place for Yourself in the New World.
We are the Ones that we have been waiting for.
We came here to Change the World, One Mind at a Time

BALANCE is the keyword for 2 and 20’s energy, and the ability to weigh things up clearly and make clear JUDGEMENT is the key concept conveyed by card 20 in the Tarot, which is of course...Judgement! In the traditional Tarot-card imagery we are shown the three states of consciousness ( the man: consciousness, the woman: sub-consciousness, the child: super-consciousness) awakening to the sound of Gabriel’s clarion call, and rising out of the darkness. These 3 arise from tombs, from a state of sleep and death, and these tombs are surrounded by the OCEAN ( a word which adds up to 20!), they are in water. These are the waters of the womb where new life develops. The waters cleanse and heal. Judgement day is the day we see the truth clearly and become reborn. In older Tarot sets the 3 figures spell out the word LUX (LIGHT) with their outstretched arms; which is another reference to the vibration and geometry of 2 and the generator of Light – the Vesica Piscis (the 2 circles intersecting at the centre of the mandala on today's card). 20 is the only double-digit number that reduces to a 2. The numbers 29, 38, 47, 56, 65, 74, 83 and 92 all cancel down to 11, but 11 is known as the master number vibration and is not usually reduced to the 2. The High Priestess is the 2 root card in the traditional deck and she naturally aligns with the symbolism of card 20, Judgement too. Card 21 in the traditional Tarot is the World. In the traditional Tarot imagery, we see the “Circle of Oneness” as a wreath of green leaves encircling the dancing/floating figure in the centre. The Circle is All Encompassing. It is the World ,and we have Created a New Self and a New World when we reach this level of understanding on our path.
What this card depicts is a Whole Journey through the Cycles of Life, from the seed to the flower to the fruit and back to the seed again. When this card and vibration appears it signifies the auspicious conclusion to a long cycle of learning, education and hard work, and “Now Your Mission Has Been Accomplished”.
Celebration, Joy and a sense of great achievement and gratitude pervades. The World really is your Oyster when this vibration comes up! You can see the Whole World from your viewpoint, Limitations Do Not Exist. Anything and Everything is Possible, and the Realization of this Liberates Your Soul and Mind.

In the Annals of Time Today is EPIC. The “Vibes” now fully support “The Creation of Our New World of Unity Consciousness”. Enjoy the Ride. It will be “fun” to build a New World by changing “one mind at a time from Duality to Unity”, while the old world and its way of life “burn down”.
It is my understanding, that what we are doing here will form a “Virus” that will “Spread” on the “Wind” to other Worlds and “change” all of Creation. In the annals of time, “We are All Legend”, Only the Bravest of the Brave Souls came here to “experience” this difficult transformation.
