High pitching ringing has been a constant for me for a few yrs. it's not annoying to me I think because I believe it's a form of communication. Right now it's intense. Sometimes it shifts a little like a switch has been flipped. I don't know what all this means but I believe it is transformative so I welcome it

Sleep paralysis always manages to scare me. I wake up feeling like something has violated my space. I'm not sure it's an Ascension related side effect but I never had sleep paralysis prior to the beginning of my Ascension process. When it first started happening I was convinced that I had dark entities/spirits/ETs visiting me and tormenting me while I sleep. And for some reason it became a very frequent occurrence in my old room at my old home (my parent's place). I usually ended up sleeping on the floor of my parent's room because I was so afraid. Later on I found out that it was sleep paralysis. If some of you don't know, I'll define it: When you sleep your brain releases a hormone that paralyzes your body (prevents you from moving around), presumably the reason is so you don't physically act out the things you dream. So while you dream of punching walls, you don't physically get up and punch real walls. xD Sleep paralysis happens when your mind wakes up but the hormone is still active. That is your mind is awake but you are still paralyzed. This causes one to hallucinate all sort of things and have false awakenings (when you think you've woken up but you are still asleep). You hear weird stuff and see weird things. Some people use sleep paralysis as a launchpad to induce lucid dreaming. One could deduce that when sleep paralysis occurs, what you are actually seeing is the astral realms, because it sort of becomes like an out of body experience, where you are seeing from your astral body but you are still located where your physical body is. But that's just my guess. Usually you feel like something is leaning or pressing down on your chest, or forcing you not to move. Sometimes it might feel like something is violently entering or leaving your stomach around your solar plexus area. Usually I try to fight whatever is holding me down for a few agonizing seconds until I wake up for real. (I know after I wake up that nothing was actually holding me down. At least I do after my inner voice finally manages to convince me. ^^) Over the years though, when I have an episode and I know it's sleep paralysis, I just stay calm and don't struggle and I wake up much faster than when I fight myself to wake up. My inner voice tells me I get these episodes when i don't feel safe in my room, and whenever I wake up I realise I have my back facing the door, which should have my body on high alert for threats and such, because of my instincts. My body doesn't feel safe when I am not facing the door, that seems to be an instinct thing, and its very logical. It also happens when I sleep on my back facing up, because my chest area is then exposed which also brings a feeling of discomfort. Just like cats that don't trust you, won't let you rub their bellies because its a vulnerable area. It takes a while to calm myself down so I can feel chill enough to go back to sleep again and this time I'm spending my time typing this out. I'm trying to find a way to make myself feel totally safe in my room so it doesn't happen as much. My room has the highest frequency in my house during the night because of my energy work. You think that'd be enough to make me feel totally relaxed and safe, but nooo. Anyway hopefully I find a solution, I may have to shift my bed around so I face the door. I doubt that will work though. It seems I need to sleep in a specific orientation because of the energy grids I interact with while I sleep, otherwise I wake up feeling too energised in a bad way. Lol sorry for long post. I realise that I'm sort of incapable of giving short description of my experiences.

Hi chrysalis, My teeth tingle intermittently. I have had trouble with my neck and front shoulder girdle for getting on 3 years now, it started on my left side but over time developed on both sides. It feels as if something is pulling at it. I am having trouble with my sinuses and find my face goes red with occasional spots that come and go. The redness usually occurs in the evenings. I am also getting extreme intensity up the back of my neck and inbetween shoulder blades. In fact I feel to be in a complete force field of energy. And whereas my hair used to be smooth it is really raised and on end. I keep grounding myself but it doesn't seem to have any effect. Perhaps we are all in a Star Wars movie. May the force be with you. ???also I find it impossible to relax my muscles unless my mind is on it non stop. I have also found in the last few days when I go to bed my whole body tingles with the energy. Not unpleasant I may hasten to add.

bowel disorders, dizziness, burning watery eyes, severe fatigue, This has been rehashed for so many years it seems meaningless to analyze any longer. We are incapacitated by whomever for whatever and for however. No one knows and who should care anymore. We have cared so long and where has it gotten us. Just live as disabled and forget about knowing anything because we dont. Hi Jerry, I totally get that. I have been 'at this' for years too. If you are Jerry James, I would love to communicate directly with you. You might remember me from some articles on George's site. That's where I know you from. You are one of very few who I feel sees things much like me. Hope you are doing ok xx

Greetings FrancesB, I looked at what I wrote earlier... I was a bit out of my head at the time. I meant to include that the jaw/teeth/neck/shoulder thing was a new one for me. That all the muscles were tense and that my teeth ache off and on. Just a moment ago, I noticed a bit of change... my neck/shoulder space between and to my skin felt (and feels still a bit) tingly, like if you had some carbonated beverage fizzing against your skin sort of feel. And a slight bit of pressure as well. It's really an interesting sensation if I focus on the feeling of it. Yesterday was the first time all those symptoms like that were pretty intense for me. My face was a red off and on through the day. Chewing was interesting as my jaw was aching quite a lot. Today, it's not as intense, or maybe I've adjusted a bit. Sorry if this is all jumbled. Hoping to find some balance or clarity... Thursday I'm going for an energy/massage treatment. Haven't had one in like a year. If it helps I'll add it to my monthly must do list. The force indeed

I think we do acclimate to the energies coming in and then when we're better able to physically handle that level they ratchet up again. The only thing to do is whatever helps us through the continuous rising of the energies. I love to spend my free time hanging out on my patio, listening to the sounds from the metro park. I only work part time, thankfully, and have recently expressed my desire to work more from home which looks like a very real possibility. I find it's so much easier to deal with ascension symptoms when you don't have to be too involved with the outer world, at least for right now.being alone as much as possible is essential to me.

I'm working and grateful for the ability to do so. I've noticed that the busier I am at work, I'm actually able to tune out even the most glaring symptoms. The only problem is that time goes by so fast, I never have enough time in the day to do all the work I need to do. I'll come home for the evening and all of a sudden they are all back and I can sense the energies surging through me whereas I could go the whole day and only notice when I was trying to notice.

I'm glad a loss of interest in reading was mentioned. I used to read 3 or four books a week, now I can't remember the last time I picked a book up. Also, lots of chest pain that extends into my neck and shoulders, but only at night; come morning I am fine. For me, I've discovered pain (and ringing in my ear) is my body - or the universe - telling me to sit down and release. It all began one night a couple of years ago when I woke up to discover this very kindly man leaning over me. He was trying to tell me something important, only he was speaking a language I could not understand. I wrote it off as a dream and went back to sleep. The next day I experienced excruciating pain in my chest, neck, shoulders and arms. I am certain I am having a heart attack, only I'm the only one home and I can't find my phone. I head for my car to drive myself to the hospital. The pain gets so cripplingly intense I realize there is no way I can drive. Suddenly, I remember the kindly man, only now I can recall and understand exactly what he was saying - "When the pain gets unbearable, sit down and let it go." I crawl back inside and get into my meditation chair. Instantly, I feel the pain leap out of my body, leap with such force I literally fly from my chair and land on the floor. So now when symptoms get too troublesome I just sit down and let them go. I've not experienced anything as intense as that first release, just sort of muscle spasms or jerks, which I am assuming is negative energy leaving my body.

Hi. I was just wondering, is anyone else having severe eye strain problems at the moment, with pressure in the forehead. I have found I cannot use the iPad or read as it is giving me eye strain. Thank you. Sue

I've been having a gripping tension in my upper back for over a month that sometimes slides lower. My root chakra has also come alive, leading to a change in the way I walk (more coordinated leg movements and sort of animal-like). One of my big toe nails died and fell off. I can feel a lot more of my lower body since the root chakra started buzzing sometime in late December. Since then the body buzzing has worked its way over my head, ears, face, neck and chest. Now it seems to be going through the lower half of the spine.
In the mid-nineties I had a Kundalini episode that collapsed my life temporarily for a few years. The last few months reminds me of that. But this time it feels more modulated and supportive. No fear impulse, instead there is a sense of looking forward to more of it.

I don't have pressure but definitely eye strain and difficulty focusing – more so than is usual for me. I attributed it to computer and mobile device use but even when I minimize that on the weekends the vision issues persist.

Hello everyone!
I am hoping someone will have a similar experience as I -- it is with my nervous system. I have symptoms of peripheral neuropathy in my legs and feet. After two years of seeing way too many doctors, no one seems to be able to agree on what is wrong with me. All I know is that I have the symptoms and have been getting worse very quickly in the past few months. Anyone else suffering with neurological issues?
With all the conflicting doctors opinions, I went back to my complimentary healthcare providers -- cranial sacral, accupuncture. My CS person immediately picked up on a heavy, subtle energy in my auric field and referred me to a medical intuitive. She works with my guides and has identified my symptoms as my spiritual awakening. My soul is doing a complete "housecleaning". My emotional energy body is literally stuck on my physical energy body. The guidance is that my symptoms will dissipate.
To cover all my bases, I have taken steps regarding my physical and have been "doing" all I can to treat my symptoms, yet it continues to worsen. I am not sick with ANYTHING - perfectly, utterly healthy.
I try to reconcile that this physical "illness/disease" is part of my process -- but I have reached an all time low as I feel my body shutting down. The guides continue to say I'm in a complicated ascension process and to work on healing my emotional/spiritual self as that is where these symptoms originate. I have learned in the past year+ that my emotions have been stuffed into my body, right in to my legs. I GET it. But now I feel this ascension/healing is too late.
It would so help me to know others are experiencing this or if anyone has words of wisdom. I am trapped in a corner by the overwhelming fear of my future and loss of my life.
Thank you for reading my post and any comments you may share. Hugs!
