So I wanted to make a place to share my grids. I have been making crystal grids for just a short while now, but I seem to be on a roll.  It's interesting, because I spent a number of years accumulating crystals and feeling odd about it, like, why was I adding so many possessions? Didn't seem sensible. But I kept feeling strongly that I should so... And for all that time until very recently, I had no thought of making grids. I would use the stones in other ways, on my body or to meditate with, for instance, but just had no connection with grid-making. Suddenly a couple of months ago, that changed. I found all my thoughts of why I couldn't do it dissolved fast, too. Like, Ithought I had no space to put them. Well that was true until I got a new-to-me bookcase (that I had badly needed anyway) and suddenly, there that top shelf was, all perfect to put grids on. I then very quickly found platforms that worked, and the grids started to flow. Process is, I will feel a grid wants to come. I will get a name. I will at some point feel it is time to make the grid. I make the grid, photograph it and share the pictures. At some point I "hear" that that grid is finished and it's time to dismantle it. Usually then I make another fairly quickly. Right now I have three in place . One is also my avatar *, and I posted a bigger picture in another thread. This is the Solar Infusions grid, meant to focus and support the transmissions from the Sun. *Edit later: I changed my avatar, so will post Solar Infusions in thread. The more the merrier! I have a number of other grid photos of the ones that have been dismantled. I get feedback that the photos do carry energy themselves. Later on I may post some of them too. |

This one I just called Clearing Grid. It was almost entirely black tourmaline with a little watermelon tourmaline around the center, and one piece of smoky quartz. It was very strong and may still work through the images:   |

I get feedback that the photos do carry energy themselves. There are different religions and philosophies that are down on having possessions in general , but I think a lot of it is narrow thinking . Lack is virtuous , having possessions is greed , the only path to salvation is renunciation of the world and the physical , and so forth . We don't distinguish well anymore between the psychological problem of hoarding and the chosen path of collecting . In past times collections were an admired , cultured activity . I am not sure accumulating crystals and stones with spiritual intent falls into either category though . In a shamanic path you have allies , and the stones are our allies in the work . Thoughts of having or not having don't aggravate me much . Have if you want , enjoy . Or not, whatever suits . There may be purpose for having things that we don't know about , or the things we now have may end up somewhere else later for another purpose we don't see or understand . Since you are hearing when to dismantle the grids , it's possible they are serving some transmutation, vibrational shifting purpose that is not limited to you alone . They could be affecting your whole neighborhood in a positive way . Photos of grids and crystals do carry energy . (actually all photos do ) One of the perks of being a sensitive or empath is that we can connect to these positive energies if we choose too , and absorb some of them for our own well being . ( Crystals can even do clearing work via photos . ) There is a lot of energy coming through the grids you've posted - very positive , and they feel like they want to tell a story . I love the round selenite slab too - that is just perfect for a grid base . |

The whole thing about possessions, I should explain better. It isn't about values like that but more about the fact that I buy crystals sometimes when I am squinching money for essentials like food, and also the fact that I am never sure how long I can stay in any location, so moving a lot of crystals is just a big responsibility! I am no longer questioning myself about this though. Clearly, I am on path with it. And, we think alike on these matters; I resonate with all you said here. I do feel the grids have a wider work than just my personal space and situation, but I feel good letting that be what it is. The whole thing is very intuitive and guided. Feels really good that way. |

Very glad you can feel it! One friend of mine took some of the pics (not including this one) and printed them out and put them under her bed, she told me. That much black tourmaline really amplified itself. Plus which, there was Rambo.   The vendor I bought Rambo from described him that way, saying to her his energy felt like he could clear or move or shift anything, "kind of like Rambo." I laughed so hard and had to have Rambo. Kind of ugly but really wonderful, smoky quartz with that black tourmo on there.... In the grid he is in the center with yet another piece of black tourmaline sitting on top. |

Maybe it's time for a new grid picture. This one I call Root Revisioning -- meant to help transform root chakra/1st dimension issues (which is something that's been ongoing for a while but seems to have kicked up a notch recently.)  |

Hi Norman -- stones are no more the past than we are, IMO, and they are alive and carry their purposes and energies as do we. Crystal grids as well as other types of artwork can (and do) carry and hold and transmit new frequencies (of the future, if you like) most powerfully. Some of my best friends are rocks. The story here? It was Aquariann who saw a story emerging, I believe. I haven't drawn it in that specifically, just feel the grace of it. |

I'd post a pic/photo of my artwork but don't know how. I am an avid counted cross-stitcher, I always have a project going and I have no story or reason to be partaking except that I love it and have been stitching for >25 years, maybe more. I'd be certifiably insane without it(as opposed to being just plain nuts)
And I agree about the rocks;they are much easier to get along with than most people ;-)

LOL! Well,maybe this newbie can help you post your image. If you have the picture on your desktop, use the Reply button instead of the quick reply. At the top right click Add Attachment, and you have the option to Add Files. When you click that, you can select from your desktop the image you want. Then click Insert, then Done.
Please do post! I'd love to see.

Maybe it is a man thing, for some guys to be somewhat detached from nature.
I love to View the sights of nature. My son is fonder of the City life.
My son is very fond of pets but I am not.
My son is more sentimental that I have been but I am getting there.
These days I feel it is people who have stories of pain to tell and I am trying to hear their stories.
Sometimes I can help and sometimes I cannot.
I feel that is the story of the future for all of us. I try to do the Best I can.
We ALL, ALWAYS do the best we can.
I Wonder what the Grids and the Stones say about this world.
