just wondering if anyone here has used homeopathic remedies for cats? My old cat, 16, has arthritic problems and the stuff the vet is using is really toxic, from my research, so I'm looking to buy some online, that I have found..

Not on cats but small dog yes. Didn't really see any improvement. It can be difficult to diagnose as to the cause & effect premises. I've put this link in here 'cause it sounds so good for pets. serrapet.com/. I've gone on the human supplement myself and had immediate benefits.

Thanks dolphin..
He has had a seizure from the injection the vet gave him so I don't want to do that again. He has never had seizures before, none of my cats have, so I was a bit freaked out by it, so was the cat..

My Pomeranian has arthritis too. He is 11. The vet gave him a animal type of ibuprofen. It really seems to help him. I read online animals can't have the ibuprofen we use so I'm not sure what is in the vets ibuprofen.

ok...with that bit of extra info Sainte, its homeopathic Thuja, cat requires.
quote: Thuja is pre-eminently a strong medicine when you have a trace of animal poisoning in the history, as snake bite, small-pox and vaccination.
at physical level probably 30c or 6x. If recovery is slow, suggest going to higher potentcy say 200C to treat etheric body. then come back to 30C. You can't do any harm so don't worry with it.
I am hearing a lot of 'news' where animals are having really adverse affects to vet. drugs. Particularly on parasite treatment.
Later in the day, I will start a new thread on this.

Yes, I have used homeopathy and flower essences both which greatly helped Kaly ease her last years! However I would suggest going to a trained practitioner; there are ones who specialize in animal care, at lease here there are. Good luck! <3
