I felt "flattened" yesterday! Wow! Hit with stress, exhaustion, a deep sadness from the moment I got out of bed to when I got back in it to go to sleep. Very extreme. Still feeling the emotions of yesterday this morning but not as strong. Did some mental spiritual work early this morning before I got out of bed. I only seemed to help a little bit. WTF is going on?

I got a 90-minute lymphatic massage Friday, and as expected it has been triggering a lot of physical and emotional detox. The latter has not been easy or fun to deal with, but my intuition keeps telling me it is necessary, and is the next step in my healing/Ascension process. I learned Saturday morning that I was scheduled for 19 shifts for July at my new crowd control job, which is more than I was expecting. Early that afternoon two of my co-workers told me that that is outstanding considering that I started my job with them less than two months ago. One of them told me "They must think a lot of your work to give you that many shifts when you started your job with them less than two months ago." This was certainly good news for me. :-)
My day at work Saturday went well even though I was going through lots of detox and all its fun symptoms. jnewman77, I also felt "flattened" yesterday. I spent all day resting and relaxing at home, and was barely able to do anything. I had lots of vivid dreams last night, and found them to be emotionally exhausting. Today I still feel "flattened", and am planning to rest and take it easy most of the day. Going through the current cycle of Ascension symptoms/lymphatic detox has not been easy or fun, but I've been handling it well. My intuition is constantly telling me that I'm doing all the right things now, and that all these detox/Ascension symptoms will make things better for me in the near future. That helps.

flattened is a good word for yesterday. I felt it, too. Very intense. The intensity seems to be increasing, too. Just another thing I need to get used to, no use in fighting it

The intensity is increasing. Just when I think I have myself under control and feeling better I'm off again. Pissed off, crying, body aching and tired. Only to wake up in the middle of the night and not be able to get back to sleep. I just want to give up. Then this morning I saw Denise had a new article about the Galactic Center sending all this energy straight to us. It made more sense to me. I will keep hanging in there. As much as I want to give up that isn't an option at this point. Way past the point of no return! I just want to feel better. Feel happy. Feel some peace.

I slept well night before last, and felt great when I got up yesterday morning and started my day. My morning went well and was very productive. By early afternoon I felt like I had just been run over by a truck, and my sleep last night was not at all regular. Today I've also been feeling like I was just run over by a truck. After the good morning I had yesterday the feeling of just having been run over by a truck and irregular sleep last night is not fun or easy to accept. My intuition has been telling me that I was hit with another powerful Ascension wave yesterday late in the morning, which is why I've been feeling the way I have since then.
Fortunately I've been handling all of this quite well and have been maintaining a positive attitude about the whole situation. My intuition keeps telling me that the sleep I had night before last and the good morning I had yesterday are previews of what my life will be like as I move further along my Ascension journey.

It seems to take 3 days for energy to load in. It is (as always incrementally mega-massive). There is also re-balancing oneself after the download for a few days.
More & more light information comes to hand and its far easier to sit-back to 'just' listen to the sonic vibrations/frequencies than try and 'do' living 'schedules'. You feel sharper to Everything...low sound waves are very irritating. As is the mundane existence.
I had a night away with my mum, sister and my daughters. In varying degrees we where ALL blown out - like, just tooo much to live in the physical. It was interesting to witness.
I feel come August we'll be much more adept at not only integrating these light-energies but flowing & flying with them.
Won't that be GREAT. Yay!!!

I too am feeling better. Physically and mentally. I feel like the dark players have really been having their fun with me. Trying to bring me down and keep me down. So much low level crap around me. I feel sabotaged around every corner. Today I feel more connected and lighter than I have in days. Of course I am taking a week off from work next week so that could be helping.  |

My emotional detox has been intense lately, and I haven't been experiencing much physical detox. I've been falling asleep at odd times throughout the day, and having vivid dreams after I've been asleep a short time. I've been needing to sleep a lot more than usual the last few weeks.
Despite this, my health is still improving and doing well. I'm still maintaining a positive attitude even when things are challenging for me. A lot of my old buttons are getting pushed on a regular basis due to my ongoing emotional detox. Fortunately, I'm still handling all of this well. My new job is going quite well, and it looks like they'll have lots of hours for me during the next few months, which is great news. Thanks for "listening." 😊

Dear Admin(sorry I forgot your name) It was good to read that things are “looking up” for you. As I see it, the crap that we go through serves a purpose of some kind that works to the good over time. Over the last few years I feel like every kind of mental, emotional or physical “difficulty” has come to “visit” me and give me a little taste of what they have to offer. For me, the “electrical” vibrations are the worst and they have almost gone away over the last week or so. I now know that astrology and the planet Uranus in conjunction with other planets causes “bodily” disturbances. For what it is worth, I would like to comment on the tragedy in Dallas.
The increased negative energy in our world plus many recent events seem to be causing extreme polarizing of the “conservative” and the more liberal elements of American society. The entire World is also involved in the same process. I spend part of my day listening to what the cable channels say about the events of the day and things are getting “heated”. All the channels, except for Fox News, are working hard to present “balanced” coverage of recent events. On Fox News today I listened to Bill O’Riely and Shawn Hannity today. As I see it, both of them are blatant racists and they blame the “hate” group “black lives matter” for causing the recent “troubles”.
It seems racial tensions and “paranoia” on the part of police and everyone else is going to increase. As I see the “Cosmic Plan,” all things work to the good over time. Major adjustments need to occur in this World with respect to race relations, income inequality and many other things. The times are changing and it is going to be stressful for many people. If we all learn to stay “neutral” and “go with the flow,” we can “ride” the “winds” of change.
Take Care and try to Keep the Peace Within during these stressful times.

My emotional detox has been challenging lately, and my physical detox has subsided for now. I've had some breakthroughs with staying centered and thinking clearly when my old issues get triggered, and that's been gratifying. I've had a busy, challenging, chaotic time the last several days, and by yesterday I really felt it. I spent the day at my favorite local outdoor spa enjoying the warm weather, hot tub and sauna. I still didn't have much physical energy after I got back home, but still felt good emotionally. I got up a short time ago, and now feel better both physically and emotionally. :-)

whilst asleep, I feel I am more aware of trans-locating and travelling through watery realms to visit whoever/whatever. At times, it is so real, becoming increasingly more 'real' and the voices are clearly audible. It is so light & refreshing.
I realize where or how I was/am restricting, contracting 'self' in old domains and am now working at expanding, exploring new, possible dimensions where I feel my body is responding to that inner environment.
However, I woke with the coming full moon frequencies, headachy, tight and somehow I concluded I was referring to an old program/structure of sorts at everyday life. This shift in consciousness cleared the dross.
Creation is saying Enjoy Myself....enjoy, injoy, enjoy, injoy ALL aspects of Self.

The last several days have been going well for me on every level. I've been having a lot of breakthroughs with my spirituality and every other area of my life. Last night I had a challenging experience with the entities which I've never had before. As I was coming home from my usual long walk near my home I started feeling a strong presence in my energy field. It felt like an oppressive, black energy which is what I saw in my mind's eye. By the time I got home it had increased, and I started experiencing some interference. The next couple of hours the entities tried hard to get to me with voices telling me tempting messages. I could also see the oppressive black energy in my mind's eyes. This continued for a while, and I felt vulnerable. I posted my message here about "The Entities Are Trying to Get to Me", and reached out to others who are going through Ascension. I scheduled a session for Monday afternoon with a woman I know who is going through Ascension. She specializes in helping protect people from entities. After this I could feel the energy from these entities starting to leave, and I started to return to normal.
I realized a short time later that this was a type of attack which I've never experienced before. I went to sleep, and woke up from that a short time ago. I feel more grounded and safe now, and I feel like I'm returning to normal. This attack was much different from the ones I experienced after I had my implants removed in early November. I'm glad I'm feeling more protected now. :-)
